In order to access the RT services, you will need a valid user name and password. This account information is provided to you directly from our customer service team, so please contact them if you do not have the necessary information.
Now that you have the account information and have successfully installed the RT client application, launching the application will prompt you for this information. Additionally, you can "attach" this information to your local Windows account so that you don't have to type it in every time you launch the client application using the "Remember Me" functionality. The following video demonstrates the Remember Me functionality as well as how to use the login prompt.
