The Agency Report shows all of your agencies and their address. You can list by Commission, Created or Status.

This report can be launched from the Reports window.

• Address- Agency address.
• City - Agency City.
• State - Agency State.
• Postal - Agency Zip code.
• Phone - Agency phone number
• Fax - Agency fax number.

• Commission - The Agency's Commission type.
• Contact - Agency's Contact person.
• Created - When the Agency was created
• Status - The agencies status. (Active, Inactive)
