Introduction

This section is where you set the commission rates for any agency within your system. Most agencies will work with the industry standard 15% commission but you can create as many commission types as you need for your agencies.

Merge and Multi-Select:

Merge, will move all allocated areas assigned from the original sales commission to the merged one, you assign it to, and then deletes the original sales commission selected.

Multi-Select, allows you to Shift/Left click or ctrl/left click to gather a few commissions and right click to open the Context menu and apply to all highlighted.

To add a new commission rate, click the NEW button in the bottom left corner of the window to pop up the add rate window.

Usage

Fill out the Name and add the percentage, then click Ok.

You DO NOT have to create a special commission rate for each agency. Multiple agencies can use the same commission rate. Items entered in this field can be used both when creating the main agency entry in the system and also with individual orders. So if you have an agency that uses two different commission rates depending on clients, you can create multiple types here and use them as needed for individual orders.
