backEditIntroduction
RadioTraffic converts to a specific MediaTouch log format.
EditStation Configuration
To configure RadioTraffic to work with MediaTouch, you will first need modify the station configuration to utilize MediaTouch as the automation system. In the administration module, open 'Stations'. Select the station you want to configure and double click. Once the station configuration is visible, select the 'Files' tab. Select the 'Product' to MediaTouch using the drop down selection tool. The 'Automation Log Path' is where RadioTraffic will export the log to, so set this to the file system folder that MediaTouch will pull the file from. The exported file name will be formatted as yymmdd.TRF.
EditCart Numbers
RT fully supports MediaTouch's four digit alpha-numeric cart number requirement.
EditCategories
MediaTouch requires categories to be configured in RT and these categories must be three characters in length.
EditAutomation Commands
Automation commands are currently exported in the same manner as spots.
EditLog Notes
Log Notes are currently not exported.
EditPrograms
Programs are currently not exported.
EditBreaks
Break markers do not automatically export and are used strictly inside of RT as a means of scheduling.
EditAutomatic Log Reconciliation
We also support automatic log reconciliation for the as-aired logs. To configure this feature, you need to determine where these files are located on your network and use that path to configure the "Aired Log Path". The filename to import should follow the yymmdd.OUT naming template. We currently only support the .OUT (directly created by MediaTouch) and not the .CSV (which requires user interaction to create) version of the MediaTouch as-play logs.
