EditCommissions (XP)
This section is where you set the commission rates for any salesperson on your staff. You can only set one commission type per salesperson although you can have as many different sales commission percentages.
This window is accessed through
Administration.

I am loading a contract with an Agency, under the Agency commission it shows 16.50% which is correct, however on the contract it defaults to 16% and does not allow me to change to 16.50%.
On the order header the commission % for both sales and agency’s are in round numbers it does not allow point %’s at this time.
You DO NOT have to create a special commission rate for each agency. Multiple agencies can use the same commission rate. Items entered in this field can be used both when creating the main agency entry in the system and also with individual orders. So if you have an agency that uses two different commission rates depending on clients, you can create multiple types here and use them as needed for individual orders.
To add a new commission rate, click the NEW button in the bottom left corner of the window to pop up the add rate window.
The red exclamation point will pop up for required fields.
